EPDM membrane  adhesives are specifically formulated for bonding EPDM rubber either; to other EPDM in-situ (such as over-lapping seams) or differing materials that the EPDM needs to be joined to. EPDM membrane adhesives are made from a type of synthetic rubber which is widely known for excellent resistance to ultra violet light (UV), general weathering, ozone plus and a significantly wide range of temperature extremes. As the bond needs to provide perfect adhesion, flexibility for movement and durability against trauma, EPDM membrane adhesives are stringently tested and certified to a very high standard to ensure a total watertight seal has been achieved and will last over considerable lengths of time.
