Used widely in all types of plastering, plasterboard and dry wall work, scrim tapes (also known as plasterboard tape) are premium quality, woven fabric, self-adhesive tapes that are quick and easy to apply with a one side being a high tack adhesive. The design of scrim tapes is such that they have an open mesh that won't blister or bubble when applied to a wall, floor or ceiling and serves to create perfect bridges over the gaps and joints prior to coating over the top. Scrim tapes come in various widths and can be trimmed or cut to size and shape.
